إزاي أختار عرض؟
هتشوف كل العروض اللي وصلتك مع السعر واسم السواق. اختار اللي يناسبك، وهيتكشف رقم السواق عشان تتواصلوا.
هل فيه دفع من جوه التطبيق؟
لأ، مفيش دفع أونلاين ولا عمولة. الاتفاق على السعر والدفع بيتم مباشرة بينك وبين السواق كاش.
إزاي أسجّل كسواق؟
اختار "سواق" وقت إكمال بياناتك، وبعدها هتقدر تبقى أونلاين وتشوف الطلبات القريبة منك وتبعت عروض أسعار.
إزاي أحذف حسابي؟

How do I request a tuktuk?
From the request screen, write where you're going from and to, plus any note that helps the driver find you, and send the request. Nearby drivers will send you price offers.
How do I choose an offer?
You'll see every offer that arrives, with the price and the driver's name. Pick the one that suits you, and the driver's number is revealed so you can get in touch.
Is there in-app payment?
No, there's no online payment and no commission. The price agreement and payment happen directly between you and the driver, in cash.
How do I sign up as a driver?
Choose "Driver" when completing your profile. You can then go online, see nearby requests, and send your own price offers.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app: More → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For details see the
Privacy Policy.
