خصوصيتك مهمة عندنا. الصفحة دي بتشرح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها في تطبيق توك توك ناو وليه.

١) البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• الاسم ورقم الموبايل — عشان الطرف التاني (الراكب أو السواق) يقدر يتواصل معاك.
• نوع الحساب (راكب / سواق).
• موقعك الجغرافي — بيتقرا وقت استخدامك للتطبيق بس، عشان نلاقي أقرب سواقين لطلبك.
• الملاحظات اللي بتكتبها عن مكان القيام والوجهة.
• بيانات تسجيل الدخول من جوجل أو Apple (الاسم والإيميل المرتبطين بالحساب اللي بتسجّل بيه).

٢) إزاي بنستخدمها

بنستخدم البيانات دي بس عشان نوصّل الراكب بالسواق ونشغّل التطبيق. مبنبيعش بياناتك لأي طرف تالت ومبنستخدمهاش في إعلانات.

٣) رقم الموبايل

رقمك مبيظهرش لحد قبل ما العرض يتقبل. أول ما الراكب يقبل عرض السواق، الرقم بيتكشف للطرفين عشان يقدروا يتواصلوا ويتفقوا على تفاصيل الرحلة.

٤) الموقع الجغرافي

بنقرا موقعك لما تطلب توكتوك (لو راكب) أو وإنت أونلاين (لو سواق). مبنتتبعش تحركاتك على خريطة ومبنسجّلش تاريخ رحلاتك.

٥) تسجيل الدخول

التطبيق بيستخدم تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل أو Apple بس — مفيش باسورد بيتخزّن عندنا. بنستقبل من مزوّد الدخول الاسم والإيميل المرتبطين بحسابك.

٦) خدمات الطرف الثالث

التطبيق بيستخدم الخدمات دي لتشغيله وتحسينه:

• Supabase — لتخزين بيانات الحساب والطلبات والعروض.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — لإرسال الإشعارات (عروض، قبول/رفض).
• Firebase Analytics — إحصائيات استخدام مجمّعة (زي عدد الطلبات، مش بيانات شخصية).
• Sentry — لتسجيل الأعطال التقنية وتحسين استقرار التطبيق.

٧) الإشعارات

بنستخدم Firebase Cloud Messaging عشان نبعتلك إشعارات عن العروض والطلبات. ممكن تقفلها من إعدادات موبايلك.

٨) حقوقك

تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (المزيد ← حذف الحساب)، أو بالتواصل معانا على الإيميل تحت.

٩) خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال. مبنجمعش عن قصد بيانات من مستخدمين تحت السن القانوني.

١٠) التعديلات

ممكن نعدّل السياسة دي من وقت لآخر، وهنعلن عن أي تغيير جوه التطبيق.

Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what data TokTok Now collects and why.

1) Data we collect

• Name and phone number — so the other party (rider or driver) can contact you.
• Account type (rider / driver).
• Your location — read only while you're using the app, to find the nearest drivers for your request.
• The pickup and destination notes you write.
• Sign-in data from Google or Apple (the name and email associated with the account you sign in with).

2) How we use it

We use this data solely to connect riders with drivers and to run the app. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.

3) Your phone number

Your number stays hidden until an offer is accepted. Once a rider accepts a driver's offer, the number is revealed to both parties so they can agree on the trip's details.

4) Location

We read your location when you request a tuktuk (as a rider) or while you're online (as a driver). We do not track your movements on a map, and we do not store a history of your trips.

5) Sign-in

The app only supports signing in with a Google or Apple account — we never store a password. We receive the name and email associated with your account from the sign-in provider.

6) Third-party services

The app relies on the following services to run and improve:

• Supabase — for storing account, request and offer data.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — for sending notifications (offers, acceptance/rejection).
• Firebase Analytics — aggregated usage statistics (e.g. request counts), not personal data.
• Sentry — for logging technical crashes and improving app stability.

7) Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you notifications about offers and requests. You can turn these off in your phone's settings.

8) Your rights

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from inside the app (More → Delete Account), or by contacting us at the email below.

9) Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the legal age.

10) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time, and will announce any change inside the app.
