باستخدامك تطبيق توك توك ناو، إنت موافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق عليها، من فضلك متستخدمش التطبيق.

١) طبيعة الخدمة

توك توك ناو منصة بتوصّل الراكب بالسواقين القريبين منه. إحنا مش شركة نقل ومبنقدّمش خدمة النقل بنفسنا، والسواقين مش موظفين عندنا.

٢) السعر والدفع

السواق بيبعت عرض سعر، والراكب حر يقبله أو يرفضه. الاتفاق النهائي والدفع بيتم بينك وبين السواق مباشرة كاش وبره التطبيق. التطبيق مبياخدش أي عمولة ومبيتدخّلش في الاتفاق.

٣) مسؤوليتك

• الراكب مسؤول عن تقييم السواق قبل ما يركب.
• السواق مسؤول عن إن التوكتوك بتاعه سليم وإن عنده الترخيص المطلوب قانوناً.
• أي خلاف على السعر أو الرحلة بيتحل بين الطرفين.

٤) حدود مسؤوليتنا

إحنا بنوفّر وسيلة تواصل بس. مش مسؤولين عن أي ضرر أو خسارة أو إصابة تحصل قبل أو أثناء أو بعد الرحلة، ولا عن سلوك أي مستخدم.

٥) تسجيل الدخول والحساب

التسجيل بيتم بحساب جوجل أو Apple بس. إنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك، وممكن تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.

٦) الاستخدام السليم

ممنوع استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو إدخال بيانات مش صحيحة، أو مضايقة مستخدمين تانيين. لينا الحق نوقف أي حساب بيخالف ده.

٧) تعديل الشروط

ممكن نعدّل الشروط دي، وهنعلن عن أي تغيير جوه التطبيق. لمعرفة إزاي بنتعامل مع بياناتك، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

By using TokTok Now, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1) What this service is

TokTok Now is a platform that connects riders with nearby tuktuk drivers. We are not a transport company, we do not provide the ride ourselves, and drivers are not our employees.

2) Price and payment

Drivers send a price offer; the rider is free to accept or reject it. The final agreement and payment happen directly between you and the driver, in cash and outside the app. We take no commission and are not party to the agreement.

3) Your responsibility

• Riders are responsible for assessing the driver before getting in.
• Drivers are responsible for their vehicle's condition and for holding any licence required by law.
• Any dispute over price or the trip is settled between the two parties.

4) Limits of our liability

We provide a means of contact only. We are not liable for any damage, loss or injury occurring before, during or after a trip, nor for the conduct of any user.

5) Sign-in and account

Sign-in is only available via a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, and you can delete your account and all your data at any time from inside the app.

6) Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, enter false information, or harass other users. We may suspend any account that breaches this.

7) Changes to these terms
