Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the Iceman app collects, and how it is used and protected. By using the game, you agree to this policy.

1️⃣ Data we collect

The game is designed to collect as little data as possible. We never ask for your real name, email, or phone number. The data that may be collected:

• Anonymous ID: On first launch, an anonymous ID is created automatically via Firebase to link your score to the leaderboard — with no personal information.
• Leaderboard data: If you choose to appear on the global leaderboard, we store the nickname you type, the country you select, and your high score. This is optional and visible to other players.
• Data stored on your device: Your progress, gems, settings, and high score are saved locally on your device only.
• Ads & analytics data: Collected automatically by third-party services (e.g. Google AdMob) — such as your Advertising ID and technical device data — to display ads.
• Purchase data: When you make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by the Apple / Google store and RevenueCat. We never see or store your card details.

2️⃣ Permissions & sensors

If you choose the Tilt control scheme, the game uses your device's accelerometer on-device only to move the character. Sensor data is never sent to any server or stored.

3️⃣ How we use data

• To run the global leaderboard and show your rank.
• To save your progress and settings on your device.
• To show ads and keep the game free.
• To process in-app purchases (such as removing ads).

4️⃣ Third-party services

The game relies on trusted services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (anonymous auth + leaderboard database)
• Google AdMob (ads) — policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat (purchase management) — revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple App Store / Google Play (payment processing)

5️⃣ Children's privacy

The game is suitable for all ages, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child provided us data, contact us to delete it.

6️⃣ Data security & retention

We take reasonable measures to protect data. Leaderboard data is kept while your score remains listed, and you may request its deletion at any time by contacting us.

7️⃣ Your rights

You can request deletion of your leaderboard data, or ask about your data, by emailing us at the address below. You can also delete all local data by uninstalling the game.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
