باستخدامك تطبيق "جهازنا" فإنك توافقين على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إن لم توافقي عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

١) عن التطبيق

جهازنا أداة تخطيط شخصية لتصفّح قائمة منتجات الجهاز، وإنشاء قائمة رغبات، وتسجيل المشتريات، ومتابعة الإنفاق. مخصّص للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري.

٢) المنتجات والأسعار

قائمة المنتجات والأسعار المعروضة لأغراض التخطيط والمعلومات فقط، ولا تمثّل عرضًا للبيع. نحن لا نبيع المنتجات ولا نعالج أي مدفوعات، والأسعار التي تُدخلينها تقديرات خاصة بكِ.

٣) الاستخدام المقبول

توافقين على عدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني، وعدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به للتطبيق أو خدماته، وعدم إدخال محتوى مخالف أو مسيء.

٤) الإعلانات وخدمات الطرف الثالث

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob ويعتمد على خدمات مثل Firebase وGoogle Analytics وSentry. قد تطلب نسخة iOS إذنك للتتبّع لعرض إعلانات أكثر ملاءمة. نحن غير مسؤولين عن محتوى الإعلانات أو عن خدمات الطرف الثالث. لمعرفة كيفية التعامل مع بياناتك، يُرجى مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية.

٥) التحديثات

قد نُصدر تحديثات، وبعضها قد يكون إلزاميًا للاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق.

٦) إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا نضمن خلوّه من الأعطال أو عدم فقدان البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك. ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق.

٧) التعديلات

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يُعدّ موافقة على النسخة المُحدّثة.

Gehazna is a personal planning tool to browse a trousseau product list, build a wishlist, record purchases, and track spending. It is for personal, non-commercial use.

2) Products and prices

The product list and any prices shown are for planning and information only and do not constitute an offer to sell. We do not sell products or process payments, and any prices you enter are your own estimates.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorized access to the app or its services, and not to submit infringing or abusive content.

4) Ads and third-party services

The app displays Google AdMob ads and relies on services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, and Sentry. The iOS version may ask for your permission to track you in order to show more relevant ads. We are not responsible for ad content or third-party services. To learn how your data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

5) Updates

We may release updates, some of which may be required to keep using the app.

6) Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or that data stored on your device will not be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
