نحن في تطبيق "جهازنا" نحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع بياناتك عند استخدامك للتطبيق.

١) البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك

قائمة رغباتك ومشترياتك (الأسماء، الأسعار، الكميات) وتفضيل اللغة وإعدادات التطبيق تُحفظ محليًا على جهازك فقط ولا تُرفع إلى خوادمنا. تُحذف عند حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته.

٢) البيانات التي ترسلينها لنا

عند إرسال شكوى أو اقتراح، نحفظ الاسم والرسالة وتاريخ الإرسال في خدمة Firebase من Google، وذلك للرد عليكِ وتحسين التطبيق.

٣) خدمات الطرف الثالث

يستخدم التطبيق خدمات قد تجمع معلومات تقنية تلقائيًا مثل نوع الجهاز وإصدار النظام وتقارير الأعطال ومعرّفات الإعلانات وبيانات الاستخدام:

• Google Firebase لإعداد التطبيق والإشعارات.
• Google Analytics for Firebase لتحليل استخدام التطبيق بشكل مجمّع (إحصائيات الشاشات والأحداث).
• Sentry لتقارير الأعطال (في النسخة المنشورة).
• Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات.

لا نطلب إنشاء حساب، ولا نجمع جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو موقعك الدقيق أو بيانات الدفع.

٤) التتبّع والإعلانات (App Tracking Transparency)

على أجهزة iOS، قد يطلب التطبيق إذنك للسماح بالتتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع التابعة لشركات أخرى. في حال موافقتك، قد تُستخدم معرّفات الإعلانات (مثل IDFA على iOS ومعرّف الإعلان على Android) من قِبل Google AdMob لعرض إعلانات أكثر ملاءمة وقياس أدائها. ويمكنك رفض هذا الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك، وفي هذه الحالة ستظهر لك إعلانات عامة غير مخصّصة.

٥) حقوقك

يمكنك حذف بياناتك المحلية في أي وقت عبر مسح بيانات التطبيق أو حذفه، كما يمكنك التحكّم في إذن التتبّع من إعدادات جهازك. لأي استفسار أو طلب يتعلّق ببياناتك، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

٦) خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من الأطفال.

٧) التعديلات

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يُعدّ موافقة على النسخة المُحدّثة.

At "Gehazna" we respect your privacy. This policy explains how your data is handled when you use the app.

1) Data stored on your device

Your wishlist and purchased items (names, prices, quantities), your language preference, and app settings are stored locally on your device only and are not uploaded to our servers. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

2) Data you send to us

When you submit a complaint or suggestion, we store the name, message, and submission time in Google Firebase, in order to respond to you and improve the app.

3) Third-party services

The app uses services that may automatically collect technical information such as device type, OS version, crash reports, advertising identifiers, and usage data:

• Google Firebase for app configuration and notifications.
• Google Analytics for Firebase for aggregated app usage analytics (screen views and events).
• Sentry for crash reporting (in production builds).
• Google AdMob to display ads.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or payment details.

4) Tracking & Advertising (App Tracking Transparency)

On iOS devices, the app may ask for your permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you allow it, advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA on iOS and the Advertising ID on Android) may be used by Google AdMob to show more relevant ads and measure their performance. You can decline this permission at any time from your device settings, in which case you will see generic, non-personalized ads.

5) Your rights

You can delete your local data at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling it, and you can control the tracking permission from your device settings. For any request regarding your data, contact us by email.

6) Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
